Everything was wonderful, consistently courteous staff, lovely views of the ocean and pool. We booked a king room that was brand-new. The bed was very comfy and bathroom was clean. The location was oceanfront, next to the lazy river, and an ocean front which did n't show up on Booking. It also was in walking distance as well as an amusement park across the street.

1) The Roaches 2) We were placed in the wrong room and promised a credit. Come to find they reversed the credit off of my checking account so I still dont have my $293 credit! 4) Never enough towels and wash cloths 5) One of the Front Desk Managers, Alan, was very rude and inconsiderate when speaking to him about out disatisfaction with the hotel. 6) The drinks at the pool bar are very weak and not worth the money.

The ocean view was fine, but the check-in process took too long.

When we got there to check in we didn't have a room. The hotel blamed in on Booked.net. We ended up having to.pay more for the room even though it wasn't our fault. Then when we checked out the manager was very rude because we asked for a receipt. We didn't get one. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. But I believe u may want to find new management. Instead of working it out with booking.con. Its like we got punished instead. We will never stay there again.

Couple seeking a good getaway
The view from our room was lovely, we could watch the sunrise every morning from our balcony. Plus, the swim-up bar was a great touch, I'll never forget meeting new folks and enjoying drinks all day by the pool.
Not the most affordable stay, but the experience was worth it.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the swim-up bar and lounging by the outdoor pool. The beachfront access and cozy jacuzzi made our stay truly relaxing. The only little hiccup was that the parking fee felt a bit steep, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 🌊

The oceanfront room with two double beds had a great view and was clean upon arrival. The beachfront pool was fantastic for kids. They loved it. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially at the front desk during check-in. Parking was a hassle, with a daily fee and a tight garage. The kitchen was bare-bones on utensils, lacking basic items like pots or pans, made cooking a challenge. Noise from the nearby venue kept us up late at night, frustrating. The Italian ice stand by the pool was a sweet treat and added a nice touch. It was like a mixed bag.

The Italian ice stand by the pool was a gem amidst the chaos. The location? A stone's throw from all the best local munchies like Villa Romana Italian Restaurant and Thorny's. A foodie's paradise, if you're up for a road trip to try them out!
